Pete Anderson was a house painter from Sweden who lived up on the Lake Marie plateau outside of Fall City from the early 1900s to the 1940s. He shared a small farm with Bill Carnahan and Nels ?. He had been friends with my family and so we inherited his collection of negatives when he passed on.

This page is photos of houses he didn't live in. We had the theory that these were some of the houses he'd painted. I have no idea where they are, but I'd guess somewhere in King County, Washington.

Please note that living creatures tend to be blurry at the slow shutter speeds of old-time cameras.
