To become a registered MSA participant just fill out the following form.

Please register on the MSA Forum first (Click here for the Forum) and include your "Screen Name" in the required information below

Registration for the forum does not automatically register you with the MSA, nor the other way around. They are separate issues

You will be assigned a registered participant number.

No further personal information will be requested, and your email address is not retained.

You will recieve a confirming email on this submission, and periodically you may recieve email pertaining to MSA events through the email address you specified in the forum.

Mail preferences may be set in your control panel on the forum.
